Earth is facing critical global warming challenges, and this concern is expected to triple by 2050. The main reasons for the warmer globe are the extensive emission of HFCs from refrigeration systems. Thus, to minimize the environmental impact, cold storage and other industries should upgrade to an innovative transcritical CO2 refrigeration system.
